KIOTM center celebrated it's 15th anniversary in 2008. It was founded in 1993 as a part of CALMAP-PROJECT (Computer Aided Learning: Course Material Preparation) sponsored by the European Union.
The scope of the center's activities involves the maintenance of high level of education as well as the development of Saint-Petersburg school teaching traditions.
